摘要
分析了航天器复杂薄壁镁合金低压铸造的特点和容易出现的铸造缺陷以及这些缺陷的产生原因。提出综合重力铸造和低压浇注的优点,即铸件上部增设冒口,底部放置冷铁,金属液在压力作用下以底注的方式注入型腔,依靠冒口和低压金属液从上下两个方面对铸件进行补缩,采用片状直浇道控制金属液流量;适当降低升液、充型速度和压力,改善铸型排气能力,结果铸件尺寸精度高,内部质量优良。
Characteristics of low pressure magnesium alloy components and casting defects often encountered in the components were described,and origination of casting defects and countermeasures were presented.Meanwhile,effects of processing parameters on properties of low pressure magnesium alloy components were analyzed.Advantages of low pressure casting in producing magnesium alloy were expounded too.
