摘要
HPb59-1铅黄铜是一种应用广泛的合金,但是由于铅具有很大的危害作用,所以选取Bi元素取代铅黄铜中的Pb。研究不同工艺条件下其在黄铜中的行为和对力学性能的影响,以期生产出在价格上和铅黄铜相差不多,而性能上完全可以取代铅黄铜的无铅黄铜。研究发现,Bi在黄铜中呈不规则长条块状或者球状颗粒偏聚在α相的晶界上,不易溶于β相,并且Bi黄铜在性能上完全可以取代铅黄铜。
Behavior of Bi in the free-cutting unleaded brass at different conditions and its effects on the mechanical properties of the brass were investigated in order to produce the free-cutting unleaded brass which can totally replace the leaded brass in price and performance.The results reveal that Bi phase with irregular strip or spherical particles is segregated on grain boundary of α phase,which is hardly dissolved in β phase.In addition,Bi brass can replace the Pb brass completely in performance..
