综述近年来核苷类抗代谢药物的最新研究进展,核苷类抗代谢物的分类,各类核苷类似物的作用机制、药物代谢机制、适应证以及核苷类前药的设计方法。

The recent progress of nucleoside analogues as anticancer agents is reviewed. The molecular mechanisms for the action and indications and drug metabolism of these nucleoside analogues are addressed. A series of nucleoside prodrugs and the relationship between the structure of nucleoside phosphoramidates and their antieancer activity are also discussed.
