摘要
目的建立降粘胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Symmetry Shield RP C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(82∶18,V/V),检测波长为270 nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0 mL.min-1。结果丹参酮ⅡA浓度在5.125~51.250 mg.L-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 6(n=5),平均加样回收率为(100.5±s 1.4)%,RSD为1.39%(n=5)。结论本方法操作简便、精密度好、结果准确,可用于降粘胶囊的质量控制。
AIM To establish a HPLC method for determination of tanshinone ⅡA in Jiangnian capsules. METHODS The samples were separated on a Symmetry Shield RP C18 column (250 mmx 4.6 ram, 5 txm) with mobile phase of methanol and water (82 : 18, V/V) . All detections were taken under flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1, column temperature at 30℃ and the UV absorbance detection at 270 nm. RESULTS The concentration ranges of calibration cmwes for tanshinone ⅡA(5.125 - 51.250 mg·L^-1) showed good linear correlation with peak areas, outcoming with correlative coeffients of 0.999 6 (n = 5) . The average recovery of tanshinone ⅡA was (100.5 + s 1.4) % with RSD = 1.39% (n = 5) . CONCLUSION The HPLC method is simple and accurate, providing the quality control of Jiangnian capsules.
