摘要
娄邵冷在地域上构成一个相对独立的具有特色的地域单元。文章在分析其地理环境特征和贫困现象的基础上，进行了脱贫动力机制的寻求和脱贫战略的思考，认为应多方协作，联合攻坚，教育先行，治标治本，分类指导，分段实施，以实现脱贫计划。
Loushaoleng region is a
comparatively isolated area.After detailed research on the geographic environment and economic
situation in that region,this paper points out that the all round measures should be taken in order
to alleviate the poorness.
