在全球金融危机持续蔓延、就业环境日趋严峻的情况下,对医学生自我效能感和总体幸福感进行相关研究,制定目的性教育内容以培养素质全面的大学生是研究热点之一。自我效能感和总体幸福感是影响大学生学习能力和人格发展的重要心理因素,分析探讨二者的相关性及其影响因素对提高医学生心理健康水平和就业竞争力具有重要意义。

In the condition of worsening employment environment and continuous global finan-cial crisist,he focus for the researchers is to study the self-efficacy and subjective well-being of medi-cal students and develop the purpose education to foster a comprehensive,competitive employment.Self-efficacy and subjective well-being are all important psychological factors that affect students’ learning ability and personality development.With the analysis of medical student self-efficacy and subjective well-being and its influent factors,we find it has an important practical significance for im-proving the level of mental health and job competition of medical students.
