根据高等医学院校医学课程的基本特点,以及国家对于住院医师规范化培训和继续医学教育的要求,为加强临床教研室建设,规范临床教研室管理,在广泛调研和充分论证的基础上,宣武医院建立了临床教研室工作评估体系,对该评估体系的具体内容、实施方法及其意义进行了分析和探讨。

Based on the essence characteristics of education in the advanced medical universi-ty,and the request of the nation about the standard training of the resident physicians and the continu-ing medical education,and in order to strengthen the construction and regulate the management of the clinical staff rooms,we have established the evaluation system of clinical staff rooms on the base of ex-tensive study and sufficient demonstration.And then analyzed and discussed the essence content,the implementing ways,and the significance of the evaluation system.
