摘要
我院检验科针对本科室的实际情况,参考医学实验室认可标准(ISO 15189《医学实验室—质量和能力的专用要求》)构建了检验科教学质量管理体系并运行,为其他医院的检验科教学质量管理模式提供了有益的借鉴。
The laboratory department of general navy hospital has been conducting a serial initiative creation and attempt for the reform of teaching quality control system and inner functionary mechanism related to the actuality of laboratory department,refering to the medical laboratory accred-itation standard [ISO 15189： 2003（E）],medical laboratories-particular requirements for quality and competence）.The practice provided beneficial reference for promoting the reform of teaching quality control,and helping the hospital to seek for the best managerial model that suits our situation most for laboratory department.
