摘要
目的在问诊教学中应用标准化病人,并评估其效果。方法学生进行独立问诊,由指导老师给予指导及评分,同时抽选部分学生再次问诊,再次进行评分,两组评分结果进行比较。结果经过培训的学生,评分明显高于未经过培训的学生,差异有统计意义。结论 SP应用在问诊教学中,能更好地完成教学任务,具有推广价值。
Objective To apply Standardized Patient to inquisition teaching course and eval-uate the training.Methods Every student made interrogation enquiry with teachers giving guidance and evaluations.Moreover,we extracted some students to inquire and evaluate again,and then com-pared the results of the two groups.Results The trained students’result is better than untrained stu-dents,and the difference has statistics significance.Conclusion Application of Standardized Patient to inquisition teaching course can make more achievement,and the method is of widespread usage
