摘要
言语行为是社会心理活动的产物,受社会心理因素的制约。医院语境中医患交流的言语行为体现了医疗实践活动中最基本的人际关系。这类言语行为受治病就医社会心理制约,具有其自身的特殊性。本文试图考察医院这一特定语境中言语行为的特点,并探索其对提升我国医学院学生言语行为能力和人文素养的现实意义。
Speech acts,as the products of socio-psychological activities,are necessarily disci-plined by the socio-psychological factors.In the hospital context the speech act communication between physicians and patients reveal the basic relationship in medical practice.Speech acts of this type are constrained by the socio-psychological factors of medical treatment and carry with them the specific characteristics.The present paper is an effort to examine the characteristics of speech acts in the hos-pital context and to explore their practical implications for improving the speech act competence and humane quality of the students in medical education in China.
