摘要
水通道蛋白(Aquaporins,AQPs)的主要功能是转运水,其中AQP4主要分布于中枢神经系统。AQP4分布特点是胶质细胞与脑脊液以及血管之间的水调节和运输的重要结构基础,与脑脊液重吸收、渗透压调节、脑水肿形成等生理、病理过程密切相关。近期研究表明,AQP4与脑水肿密切相关,参与了脑创伤、脑肿瘤及脑缺血继发的脑水肿的过程,提示抑制AQP4可能为减轻各种脑疾病所致脑水肿提供新的治疗方法。
