Rho GTP酶与血管内皮通透性的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 真核细胞中,已经鉴定的小G蛋白超过100多种,其组成一个超家族,在结构上被分为Ras,Rho,Rab,Sarl/Arf和Ran五个亚家族。目前已鉴定出的哺乳类动物的Rho蛋白有10种以上,分为Rho、Rac、Cdc42、Rnd、RhD和TTF。
