摘要
对于实际工程,要考虑结构的经济性、安全性、适用性,以及便于施工等条件,综合分析涂装车间的结构特性。从结构方案的选型、计算分析和施工图设计,每个环节都进行优化,追求涂装车间的综合指标达到最优效果。针对涂装车间的实际工程案例,在系统全面分析的基础上,选取了底部两层钢筋混凝土框架结构、三层钢结构的结构形式,取得了良好的使用效果。
For the actual project, considering the structure of the economy, safety, applicability, and ease of construction and other conditions, it should be a comprehensive analysis of structural characteristics of painting workshop. From the structure of the program selection, calculation and analysis to the construction design, each link should be optimized to pursue the optimal results for painting workshop comprehensive index. For the actual project cases of painting workshop, on basis of a comprehensive analysis of the system, the bottom two layers of reinforced concrete frame structure, three steel structure are selected, and satisfactory results were achieved.
