This paper here presents that raw energy is one of the important contents of country economy,and directly restricts its economic growth,especially long lasting,higheffect and stable growth.The functions of raw energy construction contribute mainly to local economy, social advantage and ecological profits, and advance very auspicious developments in the future.Also it points that the construction of raw energy and the last sustainability of agricultural increases are cooperative with each other in country economy and jointly produce the same positive effect.
