摘要
从长输管线项目管理的实际执行情况出发,结合国外同行成熟的管理经验,从土地补偿、路由和安全间距等的常见问题进行剖析,并就管线输送工业气体的优势和发展前景进行了阐述;从多个视角提出了投资方对项目和承包商管理的技巧和策略。
According to the status quo of the execution for the long indiastrial gas pipe line project ,we will discuss and analysis such common problems as compensation for land ,routing and safe distance with the consideration of the mature managing experience from our foreign counterparts. Besides, we will further expound the advantage and perspective of the long industrial gas pipe line and propose some technical management for the investors and contractors from various angles.
