摘要
对于现代企业越来越重视员工培训,但培训效果往往难以达到预期目标。作者分析其原因是企业在进行培训时往往缺乏合理有效的需求分析。文章尝试从组织、任务、人员三个层面深化培训需求分析,对现代企业培训评估工作具有借鉴意义。
Modem enterprises increasing emphasis on the staff training, but training effect is often difficult to achieve the desired objectives. The reason is often lack of a reasonable and effective training needs analysis when enterprises in training. Try to deepen the training needs analysis from the organization, mission, staffat three levels, must be have a reference to the work of modem enterprise' s training evahiation.
