摘要
应用水杨酸比色法替代经典酚二磺酸比色法直接测定水中硝酸盐氮的含量,最大吸收波长410nm,硝酸盐氮含量在0~50mg/L的浓度范围内符合朗伯-比耳定律,回归方程为A=0.513C+0.033,线性相关系数r=0.9995,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=7.8×103L/mol·cm,精密度较高,回收率为97%~104%。
Salicylic acid colorimetry was used to replace the way of classical phenol disulfonic acid colorimetry to determine the nitrogen content in water. The maximum absorption wave length is 410nm and it is very accordant with the lamberbier law when the nitrogen content in nitrate is 050mg/L. The regression equation is A=0.513C+0.033, linear correlation coefficient is 0.9995, apparent molar extinction coefficient is 7.8103L/molcm,and the accuracy is higher, the recollection rate is 97%104%.
