降钙素原在新生儿感染性肺炎中临床价值被引量：2

摘要新生儿感染性肺炎是新生儿常见疾病,也是引起新生儿死亡的重要病因.病原体常为细菌、病毒、支原体、真菌等,现临床上很难根据外周血白细胞计数和分类计数来判断是否存在细菌感染,早期判断是否存在细菌感染显得尤为重要,本文通过对92例新生儿感染性肺炎患儿血清降钙素原（PCT）、C反应蛋白（CRP）的检测结果分析发现,血清PCT和CRP对新生儿细菌感染性肺炎有着重要的临床价值,现报道如下.
