甘肃中部地区雨水蓄集利用与农村经济发展

Storage and utilization of rainwater and development of rural economy in central Gansu

通过对雨水蓄集利用机理、降水特征及雨水利用状况分析，结合本区开展的“１２１”雨水集流情况，论述了雨水蓄集利用技术对该区农村不仅解决了３００万人的饮水问题，而且成为农业经济新的生长点。随着该项技术的进一步推广和延伸，农村经济产业向多样化的方向发展。针对当前开展的雨水蓄集利用状况，提出了今后应加强科学规划、合理分配水资源利用、研究和推广雨水高效利用途径等有益见解，旨在为当地开展雨水蓄集利用技术提供指导。

After analyzing the mechanism of storing and utilizing rainwater, characteristic of precipitation and present situation of utilizing rainwater, the result shows that storing and utilizing rainwater have not only solved about 3 000 000 local people and the areas domestic animals' drinking problem but also become a growing point for sustainable development of dryland agriculture. Morever, it further promotes diversification of rural economic industries. In view of the present situation of stroing and utilizing rainwater this article puts forward ideas in strengthening scientific plan, puting water resources in to rational use, spreading efficient ways of utilizing rainwater. Its purpose is to provide technical guidance for carrying out storing and utilizing of rainwater in the locality.
