摘要
本文设计的压力信号采集系统主要用于石油井下来采集井底的压力信号。由于要求系统长时间的工作在井下,压力信号的存储需要大容量的存储器。因此,本文采用了低功耗、大容量的存储芯片。如何使用这种大容量的存储芯片,本文给出了硬件和软件设计方法并作了详细的说明。本文使用的大容量存储芯片硬件接口简单,通用性强。使用这种大容量存储器的压力信号采集系统稳定可靠,已通过了井下实验的测试,完全满足采集井底压力信号的要求。
This pressure signal acquisition system designed primarily for the oil well bottom hole pressure signal acquisition. Working long hours in the oil well bottom, a large-capacity memory is needed to storage the pressure signal. Therefore, the system use a kind of low-power, high-capacity memory chip. How to use this large-capacity memory chips? This paper presents hardware and software design methods as well as detailed instructions. The hardware interface is simple and the system isreusable. The pressure signal acquisition system is reliable, has passed the test underground tests, completely meets the requirements.
