对中国新能源汽车发展的看法及建议

Opinions for Development of New Energy-Powered Automobiles in China

本文在充分肯定当前中国新能源汽车发展主流的同时,也指出了存在问题的严重性,业界对此应予以重视。作者阐述了对中国新能源汽车发展的四个基本观点:首先,对新能源汽车发展采取科学态度,防止片面性和形而上学;其次,确定技术和主攻方面要慎重,一切都要经过实践检验;再次,能源多元化是中国汽车可持续发展的现实选择;最后,发展新能源汽车必须坚持"两条腿"走路的方针。

This paper highly appreciates the development of new energy-powered automobiles in China, and points out the existed serious problems that should be recognized. The author presents 4 basic views： firstly, scientific attitude should be adopted, unilateral opinion and metaphysics should be avoided; secondly, it should be cautious to determine the adopted technology and main route, and all the choice should be checked with practice; thirdly, energy diversification is the practical choice for sustainable development of automotive industry; lastly, ＂walking on two legs＂ should be insisted on when developing new energy-powered automobiles.
