摘要 采用商用CFD软件Fluent对液压助力转向器转阀内部三维流场进行了数值模拟。研究转阀内液压油的三维流动现象,获得了不同进口速度下切边阀口的最大速度、进出口压差;并显示了不同进口速度下切边阀口区域的涡流。为分析流动的能量损失及噪声提供了依据。 The rotary valve in hydraulic power steering system was simulated using CFD software Fluent. By analyzing the three-dimensional flow, the velocity at trimmed valve port and pressure difference between inlet and outlet were obtained, and the vortexes at trimmed valve port were also displayed, which provide a basis for energy loss and noise analysis.
