摘要
传统词汇学习强调词汇量多少,传统词汇范畴分类方法从静态角度对词汇进行扩展和深化,以原型(词根或基本范畴词汇)为基础,利用词缀意义和上义词、下义词形成一个词的语义场,没有考虑词汇范畴的界定就其本质来说是动态的、可变的,可以根据目标的需要即时生成。本文以学习目标为导向,动态界定大学英语教学中词汇的范畴。
Traditional lexicon study puts emphasis on vocabulary.Based on prototypes(etyma or basic level terms),traditional construal approach to lexical categories forms a semantic field by making use of affix and hyponymy.Expanding and deepening vocabulary statically,it ignores the fact that categories are inherently variable,and created on-line as and when needed.Derived from goal of studying,this paper proposes a dynamic construal approach to lexical categories in college English teaching.
