摘要 教师专业发展与教师专业成长体现了教师成长两种不同的研究视域和范式。教师专业发展的危机表面上表现为师生生命意义和教育意义的丧失,其深层根源则是对生活世界的脱离以及近代科学客观主义和实证主义成为教师专业发展自明性的前提。现象学对近代科学的反思和修葺对我们反思和克服教师专业发展危机具有非常重要的参照价值。教师专业在本质上是教师在与儿童相处时所显现出来的教育智慧。教育智慧具有意向性和实践性。教师专业成长是教师在与儿童相处中形成教育智慧的过程。教师只有回到生活世界,去追寻其与儿童相处的生活意义和教育意义,才有可能形成教育智慧。 Teachers" professional development and teachers" professional growth have reflected two different domains and paradigms in teachers" development research. The superfacial crisis of teachers" professional development is the loss of teacher and students" life significance and the loss of educational value. Its deep roots are teachers" separation from the real world and modern science objectivism and positivism taken as self-evident premise of teachers" professional development. Phenomenological reflection and improvement on modern science are of great reference value for us to reflect on and overcome the crisis in teachers" professional development. Teachers" profession in nature is the educational wisdom expressed in dealing with children. EduCational wisdom is of intentional and practical nature. Teachers" professional development is a process in which teachers develop educational wisdom in getting along with children. Only when teachers go back to real life to pursue the life significance and educational significance in living with children, can educational wisdom be developed.
