中国残疾人数字图书馆建设展望

Outlook of the Development of China Digital Library for the Disabled

在国际图书馆界,有关残障人士数字图书馆的研究早在20世纪80年代就得到相当程度的关注,而国内图书馆界在2000年以后才开始大规模地关注残疾人。2010年,文化部正式批准启动"中国残疾人数字图书馆"建设项目。开展面向残障人士的数字图书馆技术指南和建设标准研究、探索资源共享与收割新模式、加强信息无障碍技术手段的开发与应用等做法,有助于推动信息无障碍在公共文化共享领域的实践步伐,促进残障人士文化事业的可持续发展。

In the international library community, studies on the digital library for the disabled had aroused great attention in 1980s, while in China, the library community started to pay great attention to the disabled in 2000. The Ministry of Culture officially approved and launched the project of China Digital Library for the Disabled in 2010. This project would deploy researches on technical guide and construction standards of the digital library for the disabled, explore new manners of resources sharing and harvesting, and strengthen the development and application of information accessibility technologies. All of these would promote the practice of information accessibility in the public culture sharing field, and promote the sustainable development of cultural enterprises of the disabled.
