摘要
参考咨询中的知识服务是咨询工作的深化和延伸,它更强调利用参考馆员头脑中的知识为用户解决研究过程中的具体问题。通过对具有知识服务特征咨询案例的解析可知,知识服务环境下开展咨询工作应该从有针对性地开展知识服务、有选择地建立学科馆员制度、深入用户过程的服务和引入情报分析方法4个方面提高参考咨询的知识服务水平。
Knowledge service is the deepness and extens of the traditional reference service. It emphasizes offering consolations to users by using reference librarians' knowledge. Through the analysis of the feature of the knowledge service in consulting cases, reference services should make a great effort in four aspects to improve service levels under the environment of knowledge services. It should offer right services to right users, establish subject librarian system selectively, probe into users' process, and introduce intelligence analysis methods.
