对中小型图书馆讲座运作模式的回望——以社区普法系列讲座为例

Looking back on the Operation Mode of Lectures in Medium and Small Library —— Taking Community Popularizing Law Series of Lectures as an Example

社区普法讲座首先要解决"讲什么"、"给谁讲"、"如何讲"的选题定位、听众定位和内容定位问题。讲座的选题要贴近居民"三生活"、贴近社会热点话题和重大节日、贴近社会时政和市、区的具体情况,以此诠释法律、法规。中小型图书馆可通过联合本市司法界、法学界争取优秀的讲师资源支持,通过联合机关、社区争取听众资源支持,通过联合媒体扩大影响。

Community popularizing law lecture solves the subject orientation （what to lecture）, audience orientation （who to lecture）, form orientation （how to lecture）. The subject of lectures should be close to ＂the three livings＂ of residenters, be close to hot topics and major festivals of community, be close to the social politics and concrete conditions of city and district, in order to explain laws and regulations. Medium and small libraries joint local judicial circles and legal fields to strive for the support of excellence teachers; joint authorities and community to strive for the support of audience; joint media to expand impact.
