摘要
以丙烯酸(AC)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)为原料,采用过硫酸铵/亚硫酸氢钠引发体系,在水相介质中进行共聚,探索合成产物在酸性染料染色毛织物上的固色效果。通过改变单体配比、特性黏度、浓度、pH值、焙烘温度等因素来考察它的固色性能,确定最佳工艺为:浸轧固色液(固色剂15 g/L,pH值4,聚合物组成AC∶AM∶DMDAAC 1∶2∶7,乙二胺10 g/L,特性黏度370 mL/g左右,二浸二轧,轧余率70%~80%)→预烘(90℃,3 min)→焙烘(130℃,3 min),经过处理的毛织物色牢度效果较好,湿摩擦牢度可达4级,干摩擦牢度可达4~5级,皂洗沾色牢度可达4级,皂洗变色牢度可达4~5级,而且不含甲醛及重金属离子,属于环保产品。
Using acrylic(AC),acrylamide(AM) and dimethyldiallylammonium chloride(DMDAAC) as reactants,(NH4)2S2O8 /NaHSO3 as initiation system,copolymer was prepared in water phase,and its application to wool fabric dyed with acid dyes was researched.The effects of comonomer compositions to copolymerization,instrinsic viscosities,concentrations of fixing agent solution,pH values and baking temperatures were examined.The optimal finishing technique was: padding(the concentrations of fixing agent solution was 15 g/L,pH value 4,comonomer compositions to copolymerization was AC ∶ AM ∶ DMDAAC 1 ∶ 2 ∶ 7,the concentrations of ethylamine was 10 g /L,the instrinsic viscosities was about 370 mL/g,two-dip-two-dry,pick up 70% ~ 80%)→drying at 90 ℃ for 3 min→baking at 120 ℃ for 3 min.The processing results showed that it could raise wet rubbing fastness to grade 4,dry rubbing fastness to grade 4 ~ 5,staining fastness in soaping to grade 4,color change fastness in soaping to grade 4 ~ 5,and the fixing agent doesn't contain formaldehyde nor heavy metal ion,it is a product to protect environment.
