羊绒/柔丝蛋白纤维/棕棉/抗起球纤维混纺纱的生产实践

Production practice of cashmere/Rose protein fiber/brown cotton/anti-pill fiber blended yarn

介绍了柔丝蛋白纤维、棕棉和抗起球纤维的性能特点。针对纤维间抱合力差、纺纱静电严重、湿度敏感等问题,叙述了羊绒/柔丝蛋白纤维/棕棉/抗起球纤维(35/30/25/10)14.7 tex×3半精纺纱线生产工艺流程及各工序采取的关键技术措施。通过选用恰当的原料预处理、适宜的工艺配置,以及适当的温湿度,有效地解决了成条困难、缠绕严重等问题,保证了成纱质量水平及新产品的顺利开发生产。用混纺纱制成的针织面料滑糯柔软、导湿性好、抗起球效果好,适用于做内衣裤、床上用品等保健纺织品。

In this paper,it introduced characteristices of Rose protein fiber,brown cotton and anti-pill fiber.In view of the textile fiber between the cohesive force difference,reels thread the static electricity serious,humidity sensitive and so on,it introduced cashmere/Rose protein fiber/brown cotton/anti-pill fiber（35/30/25/10） 14.7 tex × 3 semi-worsted spinning yarn technique of production,the process of the key technical measures.Through selecting the appropriate raw material pretreatment,the suitable craft disposition,as well as the suitable humiture,it solved effectively the strip difficulty,the winding seriously,had guaranteed the gauze quality level and the production of new product.The knitted fabric made of blended yarn was smooth and soft,beautiful and health,its anti-pill is good,which can be applied to do underwear,bedding textile etc.
