摘要
对高支亚麻纱线结构和现有织造工艺进行了分析。通过采用水溶性纤维与高支亚麻纱进行并捻,以达到增加高支亚麻纱的断裂强力和断裂伸长率的目的。并根据并捻纱线和双层组织织物的结构特点,采取整经工艺加大筒子间距和适当降低车速、穿经工艺增加综框页数、织机工艺调整上机张力、后梁位置等措施。实践表明,合理的工艺方法可以有效解决高支亚麻纱断裂强力和断裂伸长率低、毛羽长而硬等问题,从而达到减少和避免生产中经纱断头多、织机开口不清的问题。
This thesis analyses of superfine linen yarn and weaving process available.By doubling and twisting the soluble fibers and superfine linen yarn,we can reach the goal of enhancing the breaking strength and elongation.Then,according to the structure features of assembling twist complex yarn and double linen fabric,we have taken measures such as using warping process to enlarge the distance among bobbins and reduce the rate appropriately,using drawing-warp technology to increase the number of healds,using weaving technology to adjust tension,back beam height,etc.It is proved by practice that,proper process can resolve problems efficiently,such as breaking strength and elongation at break of superfine linen yarn are too low and the long hard filoplume are too many in quantity,which can eventually result in reducing and avoiding the problems of warp falling and shed clinging.
