摘要 数值模拟技术是研究铝合金材料搅拌摩擦焊接成形的重要新兴手段,被应用于研究搅拌摩擦焊的温度场、流场及残余应力分布等。从热-力模型建立与模拟分析等方面详细论述了搅拌摩擦焊数值模拟技术的最新国内外研究进展,并指出了其目前存在的问题及发展方向。 Numerical simulating technology is an important means for studying friction stir welding process of aluminum alloy material, which widely used to study friction stir welding temperature field, metal flow field and residual stress. The latest research progress of the nu- merical simulating technique both domestic and foreign used for friction stir welding has been discussed in detail. The heat-mechanics model building and simulation analysis aspects have been investigated. The problems existed in the current research and the developing direction have been pointed out.
