摘要
韩国城镇化进程中农村社会人口结构的变化,导致了农村学龄儿童数大幅缩减和农村小规模学校的不断增多。从20世纪80年代初起,韩国政府全面实施农村小规模学校合并政策。然而其经济利益优先的合并模式进一步加剧了农村教育的萧条和农村社会的荒芜化。因此,研究探索行之有效的农村小规模学校教育改善方案已迫在眉睫。
The change of social population in rural areas of Korea during its urbanization process results in the great reduction of number of the school-age children in rural areas and the increase of rural small-scale schools. Since the beginning of the 1980s, the Korean government has carried out the policy of rural smallscale school combination completely. However, the combination model taking economic interests as priority further exacerbates the depression of rural education and rural barren community. Therefore, the probe into the efficient improvement scheme for rural small-scale school education in Korea is imminent.
