摘要
目的 探讨急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome, ACS)患者外周血糖化白蛋白(glycated albumin, GA)、单核/巨噬细胞趋化蛋白1(monocyte chemoattractant protein-1, MCP-1)和超敏C-反应蛋白(high-sensitivity C reactive protein, hs-CRP)水平的变化.方法 使用硝基四氮唑兰(NBT)显色法和酶联免疫吸附法分别测定96例急性冠脉综合征患者(急性冠脉综合征组,ACS组),67例稳定型心绞痛患者(稳定型心绞痛组,SAP组)及53例胸痛、胸闷等症状予以冠脉造影正常的患者(对照组)血中GA、MCP-1和hs-CRP水平的变化.结果 外周血GA、MCP-1和hs-CRP水平在ACS患者明显高于SAP及对照组(P〈0.01).ACS组外周血GA和MCP-1水平呈明显相关性(r=0.501,P〈0.01).结论 ACS患者的GA、MCP-1和hs-CRP水平明显升高,GA是ACS预测的一个重要指标.
Objective To explore the correlation of glycated albumin (GA), monocyte chemoattractant protein - 1 ( MCP - 1 ) and high - sensitivity C - reactive protein ( hs - CRP) in the peripheral blood of patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods The peripheral concentrations of GA, MCP - 1 and hs - CRP were measured in ninety - six patients with ACS ( ACS group), sixty - seven patients with stable angina pectoris ( SAP group) and fifty - tbree patients as control subjects ( control group) by nitro blue tetrazolium reduction test (NBT) and enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results GA, MCP - 1 and hs - CRP levels were significantly higher in ACS group than in SAP group and the controls ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; GA level was positively correlated with MCP-1 level in ACS patients (r=0.501, P〈0.01). Conclusion The levels ofGA, MCP-1 and hs - CRP were significantly increased in peripheral blood of patients with acute coronary syndrome. GA can be used to predict ACS.
