农村土地经营权流转实证分析——关于对宁阳县农村土地经营权流转的调查

The positive analysis on the flow of the operation right of rural land contracted----investigation on the example of Ning Yang county

研究目的:创新农业发展理念和运作机制,积极探索农村土地经营权流转的方式。研究方法:文献资料法、因果分析法。研究结果:培植农业龙头企业,延伸链条带动土地流转;发展农民专业合作社,搭建平台助推土地流转;做大劳务输出产业,拓宽就业渠道促进土地流转;发挥大户示范作用,扩张效应引导土地流转;建立健全管理机制,科学运作保障土地流转。研究结论:土地承包经营权流转是完善农村土地制度的方式。

research purpose：Innovate ayricultural developing eidos and operation mechanism ,emplore the mode of flow of the operation right of rural land contracted. Research method：Liteature method／causal method. Research result：cultivate agriculture leading enterprise,extend chain to drive land flow, dvvelop professional farmer cooperation,set up flatform to boost land flow,enlarge the industry which can drive the export of labor servies, widen the channel of employment to all elerate land flow,give the full ploy to the Zones in howing its samples and exert the expansion effect to lead land flow,build and perfect management chanism,operate seien tifically to ensure land flow. Research conclusion：the flow of operation right of rural land contracted is the mode which perfect land system.
