摘要
采用数量分类学方法对31个桃花(Prunuspersica)近缘种及品种进行亲缘演化关系的研究.Q型聚类结果表明新疆桃(Prunusferganensis)与桃花亲缘关系很近,寿星桃类、垂枝桃类、紫叶桃类内具有较近的亲缘关系;R型聚类结果揭示了23个性状特征对进化具有独立的作用.最后,作者还讨论了建立桃花品种分类管理信息系统的初步思路.
The genetic relationship of 31 peach\|blossom relatives and cultivars was studied by means of numerical taxonomic method. According to the Q cluster, the genetic relationship between peach\|blossom cultivars and \%Prunus ferganensis \%was very close; The relationship among the cultivars of dense\|compact peach group was closer, so was the cultivars of pendulous\|stem peach group and purple\|leaf peach group. The independence of the 23 characters was presented by R cluster. Based on the Q and R cluster analysis, the establishment of management information system of peach\|blossom cultivars was discussed.
