摘要
应用32P研究了温度和光强对金钗石斛吸收磷素的影响。结果表明,25℃和40℃处理,植株吸磷量分别为10℃处理的2.3和2.5倍。25℃处理,茎中32P放射性比活度最高。在中度光(2×104Lx)和高光强(5×104Lx)下,植株吸磷量分别较弱光(5×103Lx)下增加74%和23%。在中度光下,茎中32P放射性比活度最高。
The isotope 32 P was used to monitor different temperature and light intensity on the in take of phosphrus in dendrobe. The amount of phosphrus taken up by the plants under conditions of 25 and 40 were 2.3 and 2.5 times that of 10 treatment, respectively, and the radioactivity of 32 P in stem was the highest in 25 treatment. Compared with low light intensity (5103) treatment, the phosphrus absorbed increased by 74% and 23% in the treatments of intermediate light intensity (2104Lx) and high light intensity (5104Lx), respectively, and the radioactivity of 32 P in stem was the highest in intermediate light intensity treatment.
