根际联合固氮菌对小麦生产的效应研究 被引量:3

摘要 在盆栽条件下,施用专性小麦根际联合固氮菌,提高了根际土固氮酶活性、植株叶绿素和全氮含量以及小麦生物产量,增加了小麦根际土和根表皮层中联合固氮菌数量;净固氮量比不施菌增加45~60kg/hm2,与固氮效力较高的巴西固氮螺菌相当,但适应性较优。 This paper shows while the number of the associated nitrogenfixation bacteria within the rhizospheric of wheat increasing apparently, the soil nitrogenase activity, the volume of the plant chlorophyll and the wheat yield add after inoculating the associated nitrogenfixation bacteria isolated by us on wheat seeds. The net nitrogenfixed of the inoculated treatment is 4560 kg/hm2 more than the uninoculated one, and equal with that of the treatment inoculating the typical strainAzospirillum brazilense which is being researched extensively over the world. Moreover, the strains isolated by us shows availability under more ecological conditions than Azospirillum brazilense shows.
