油菜光合生理指标与产量的关联分析

CORRELATIVE ANALYSIS OF PHOTOSYNTHESIS PHYSIOLOGICAL TARGETS AND YIELD OF RAPE

采用灰色关联分析法，对影响油菜产量的光合生理指标进行了分析。结果表明，影响油菜经济产量各光合生理指标的关联序为：叶绿素总量（ｒ５＝０．６３５８）＞叶绿素ａ含量（ｒ３＝０．６１１８）＞叶绿素ｂ含量（ｒ４＝０．５９４８）＞阴天光合速率（ｒ２＝０．５８２７）＞叶绿素ａ／ｂ比值（ｒ７＝０．５７６２）＞晴天光合速率（ｒ１＝０．５７３７）＞类胡萝卜素含量（ｒ６＝０．５４９９）。影响油菜生物产量的各光合生理指标的关联序为：叶绿素总量（ｒ５＝０．７８１３）＞叶绿素ａ含量（ｒ３＝０．７３１１）＞叶绿素ｂ含量（ｒ４＝０．７１５２）＞晴天光合速率（ｒ１＝０．７０２３）＞叶绿素ａ／ｂ比值（ｒ７＝０．６７１５）＞阴天光合速率（ｒ２＝０．６４９９）＞类胡萝卜素含量（ｒ６＝０．６３６６）。影响油菜经济产量和生物产量的主导因素是叶绿素含量。

The aim of this study was to use correlative analytic method to analyse photosynthesis physiological target and its influence on rape yield. The results showed the correlative sequence of influencing economic yield of rape: chlorophyll total content (r5= 0.6358) > chlorophyll a content (r3=0.6118) > chlorophyll b content (r4=0.5948) > photosynthetic rate in cloudy (r2=0.5827) > chlorophyll a/b ratio (r7=0.5762) > photosynthetic rate in fine (r1=0.5737) > carotenoid content (r6=0.5499), and the correlative sequence of influencing organic yield of rape: chlorophyll total content (r5=0.7813) > chlorophyll a content (r3=0.7311) > chlorophyll b content (r4=0.7152) > photosynthetic rate in fine (r1=0.7023) > chlorophyll a/b ratio (r7=0.6715) > photosynthetic rate in cloudy (r2=0.6499) > carotenoid content (r6=0.6366). It was chlorophyll content that dominants factor to influence economic yield and organic yield of rape.
