家蚕血液过氧化氢酶遗传性及其与经济性状相关性研究

THE RESEARCH OF HEREDITY ON BLOOD CAT AND CORRELATION OF PRACTICAL CHARACTER IN BOMBYX MORI

家蚕血液过氧化氢酶（ＣＡＴ）活性在品种间差异极显著，广义遗传力很高。ＣＡＴ活性与５龄历期、同宫率无关，与全龄期、死笼率、普茧率呈一定的负相关，与全茧量、茧层量、茧层率呈不显著的正相关，与万蚕产茧量、万蚕茧层量接近显著正相关，与虫蛹率、幼虫生命率有显著正相关。

The activity of blood CAT in Bombyx mori is quite different among its varieties and generally has a strong descendiblity. The characteristics are concluded as following: there is no correlation between fifthinstar duration and ratio of double cocoons but certain negative correlation among larval period, rate of dead cocoons and percentage of common cocoons; there is no remarkable correlation in cocoon weight, cocoon shell weight and rate of cocoon shell but near to positive correlation in production of per 10000 forthinstar silkworms and weight of cocoon shell per 10000 silkworms; and there is an intense correlation between larvalpupa rate and larval survival rate. In a word, the activity of CAT has positive correlation with goal of practical character in breeding of Bombyx mori.
