摘要
SD大鼠尾静脉给予胆酸,观察胆酸在体内的代谢过程及其对肝脏抗氧化酶话力和肝脏特异的白蛋白(A)的影响,结果表明:血清甘胆酸(CG)水平以中胆酸组升高最为显著;大鼠肝组织匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)和过氧化氢酶(CT)三种酶的活力从对照组到低、中胆酸组依次升高,高胆酸组均降低。血清白蛋白(川的水平以高胆酸组变动为最为显著。
Thirty - two female SD rats were given different doses of exogenous cholic acid. The effect on the liverfunctions was shown as follows: CG levels in the serum increased to a significant extent in the medium concentrationgroup compared with the control. The activity of SOD, GSH - PX and CT in the liver homogenate varied regularly,increasing progressively from control, low to medium concentration group, then decreasing in high concentrationgroup. Serum album dropped significantly in the high concentration group.
