摘要 将人工神经网络模型应用于天线设计中,可以提高天线设计的效率和精度。人工神经网络一旦被训练成功,再次使用其进行天线设计时,可以充分发挥神经网络学习和泛化能力,提高天线的设计效率。综述了近年来国内外关于神经网络应用于天线设计的一些最新研究成果。从神经网络的结构、算法等方面,阐述了天线设计中经常使用的神经网络模型。从天线特性的应用方面,阐述了神经网络在方向图、工作频率、回波损耗及智能天线设计等方面的研究进展。最后对人工神经网络应用在天线设计中的发展趋势进行了展望。 For the design of antenna,the efficiency and accuracy can be improved when artificial neural networks(ANNs)are used.The ability of trained ANNs in learning and generalization can improve the performance of antenna design especially in efficiency.In this paper,the latest research development of applications of ANNs in the design of antenna is briefly surveyed.The structures and algorithms of ANNs commonly used in the design of antenna are described.From the point of view of antenna properties,the uses of ANNs in antenna performance design,such as radiation pattern,resonant frequency and return loss parameter,are presented,and the use of ANNs in smart antenna design is also illustrated.The trend of ANNs' applications in antenna design is given at the end of the paper.
