摘要
以石钢烧结原料为研究对象,通过改变燃料的粒度和燃烧温度,利用热重法考察了燃料的单烧规律,并在此基础上研究了烧结原料中熔剂和矿粉在1 200℃对煤粉燃烧的影响。试验结果表明:随着燃烧温度的升高、粒度的减小,燃料的燃烧速率均有所提高,并在高温下发现熔剂和矿粉对煤粉燃烧具有催化作用,在催化机制上矿粉和熔剂也存在着明显差异。
The single burning experiments of fuel through changing size and the combustion temperature using TGA were conducted, in addition, the influence of flux and iron ore aiming at Shigang sintering materials on coal combustion at 1200 ℃ was also studied in detail. The results indicate that there are certain enhancements on fuel combustion rate with the sintering temperature increasing and granularity of fuel decreasing, and both flux and iron ore have catalysis to the coal combustion, besides, there is obvious difference on catalysis mechanism between them.
