摘要
在分析不同设备类型的钒钛磁铁矿直接还原工艺的基础上,结合转底炉直接还原实验室研究和工业试验结果,设计了一台年处理10万t钒钛磁铁矿的直接还原转底炉,重点分析了转底炉布料、出料和供热燃烧等关键环节的工程化措施,同时指出了转底炉存在的缺陷和改进的方向。
Based on analysis of various equipments for direct reduction and combined with the results of RHF (rotary hearth furnace) lab and industry study of vanadium-bearing titanomagnetite, an unit of RHF is designed for direct reduction of vanadium-bearing titanomagnetite, the capability is 100 kt per annual. The key engineering measures are analyzed, such as charging, discharge, combustion, etc. , meanwhile some defects and improving ways are pointed out.
