高校与基础教育教师合作行动研究的实践探索 被引量:31

摘要 课程改革与教师专业化向纵深发展要求基础教育教师成长为研究型教师。行动研究因其研究性与实践性的有效融合被看作是中小学教师的最佳教研途径。然而相关文献的分析结果表明,我国由基础教育教师主持开展的行动研究为数甚少,其主要原因为:基础教育教师缺少时间、缺乏相关理论与研究方法的支撑。因此,在实践的基础上探索高校与基础教育教师合作,即由基础教育教师主持、由教育管理机构提供资源保障、由高校研究者提供理论与方法支撑的行动研究模式,对于培养研究型教师、深化课程改革,推进教师专业化具有重大意义。 The deepening development of curriculum reform and teacher prfessionalization require the basic education teachers to be research-oriented teachers.And action research is regarded as the beat way for teachers' research and teaching considering its integration of research and practice.But analysis on some documents indicate that there are few basic education teachers take charge of the action research,the reason of which is that the basic education teachers are lack of time,related theory and research methods.Therefore,it is of great significance for cultivating research-oriented teachers,deepening curriculum reform and the promoting of teachers' professionalization by exploring the way for the collaborative between universities and basic education teachers,with basic education teachers' taking the charge of the research,the department of educational management providing resource guarantee,the university researchers providing support for theory and method.
