摘要
绝缘子污秽一直是困扰电力安全生产的难题。本文提出了用8mm微波辐射计检测绝缘子污秽的方法。在干燥和湿润的条件下,对人工污秽进行了微波辐射测量研究;分析了背景环境对测量的影响,然后利用天线方向性函数消去了背景的干扰;基于拟合技术建立了天线温度与等值盐密的关系。研究表明:以微波辐射计测量绝缘子污秽的等值盐密的方法,具有不受运行电压波动的影响,非接触式测量和可实时测量等优点;测量天线温度时的均方根误差为1.42K,相对误差不到1%。
Insulator contamination has been a trouble in safe electric power production. This paper presents a method of detecting insulator contamination with microwave radiometer. In the experiments microwave radiometer was used to measure artificial contamination under wet and dry conditions. The interference of sky background was analyzed and eliminated by means of antenna directivity function. The relationship between antenna temperature and ESDD was established based on data-fitting technology. Research shows that the microwave radiometer ESDD measurement method has the advantages of good real-time characteristic, independent of working voltage and non-contact measurement. The mean square root error of antenna temperature measurement is 1.42K and the relative error is less than 1%.
