摘要
研究了铬元素对X80抗大变形管线钢的微观结构和力学性能的影响。采用准静态拉伸试验,对其屈服强度、抗拉强度和伸长率进行测试;采用热膨胀法,在Gleeble-1500热模拟机上测定了两种试验钢的动态CCT曲线。结果表明:铬元素的添加降低了碳的活度,显著抑制了先共析铁素体的形成,提高了贝氏体转变温度,使钢的抗拉强度提高约40 MPa,屈服强度基本不变,但使伸长率由19%降低到15%,-20℃冲击功由92 J降低到52 J。
The effects of element chromium additions on the properties and microstructure X80 high deformability pipeline was investigated deeply. The strength and elongation of alloys were tested with quasi-static tensile testing machine, and the continuous cooling transformation was conducted on a Gleeble-1500 hot simulator. The results indicate that Cr restrains the formation of pro-eutectoid ferrite and tensile strength are improved while the yield strength are not changed but the elongation and the value of the CVN at --20 ℃ of X80 high deformability pipeline reduce from 19%, 92J to 14.5%, 52J.
