摘要 脒类化合物一般用作消炎药、抗菌素、泌尿及心血管疾病用药,另外一些种类的脒类化合物具有较好的抗癌活性。脒类化合物作为杀螨杀虫剂,具有广谱、低毒、活性高的优势。脒类化合物的传统合成方法以酰胺法、腈的氨解法和原甲酸酯法为主。而现在脒类化合物方面的研究方向主要在缩合剂和催化剂方面,以提高脒类化合物的产率。笔者总结了脒类化合物的各种合成方式,并提出了脒类化合物生产开发的合理化建议。 Amidines was used as antibiotic medicine, bacteriophage, urination and angiocardiopathy medicine, and some species of the amidines possessed anticancer activity. It has a broad spectrum, low toxicity and high activity when used as pesticide. The conventional synthesis method of the amidines was acid amide, ammonolysis and orthoformic acid esterify. Nowsdays, more and more attention was paid to the mixture and catalyst to improve the yield. The synthesis methods of the amidines was summarized, and the manufacture and exploitation suggestion of the amindines were proposed in this article.
