摘要
文章总结了培智学校心理健康教育的研究现状,发现当前培智学校的心理健康教育较多关注学生的心理问题,忽视对学生积极心理品质的研究与培养。提出将研究视野从智力落后学生的心理问题转向其积极心理品质的培养与塑造,并依据积极心理健康教育的理念提出了五点建议。最后,提供了"遇到困难我能坚持"的积极心理健康教育活动案例。
This article sums up the current researches into the positive mental health education in schools for the mentally retarded. According to the findings, the current positive mental health education in schools for the mentally retarded pays more attention to the students' mental problems, but neglects the research into and the cultivation of the students' positive psychological characters. In view of this, the article suggests conducting more research into the cultivation of the students' positive psychological characters, and gives relevant proposals according to the idea of positive mental health education. In conclusion, the article takes for example the positive mental health education activity of "my perseverance in face of difficulties."
