摘要
作为第一个以地市级为单位整体开展积极心理健康教育的实验区,淄博市积极心理健康教育研究已取得了阶段性的丰硕成果。两年的实践经验表明:(1)抓领导、抓认识,是搞好积极心理健康教育的关键;(2)抓好"阳光教师"、"快乐教师"的培养、培训,能加快教育理念的转变;(3)对学生进行积极心理健康教育,重在发掘与培养学生的积极心理品质。在总结经验的基础上,淄博市实验区将采取得力措施,让积极心理健康教育之花开得更加灿烂。
As the first experimental zone at the prefectural level carrying out positive mental health education, the City of Zibo has achieved fi-uifful initial results in the research into positive mental health education. The two-year practice has proved the following: (1) The leaders' high level of awareness is the key to the success of positive mental health education. (2) The emphasis on the cultivation of "optimistic or happy teachers" helps quicken the step of changing the idea of education. (3) The key to the positive mental health education of the students lies in the cultivation of their positive psychological characters. The Zibo City Experimental Zone will, based on its experience in positive mental health education, take effective measures to achieve more brilliant resuits.
