摘要 循环冷却水使用的目是能够有效地节约水资源、减少热污染,保证生产装置的正常运行。在运行过程中,为防止设备产生结垢、腐蚀现象,确保系统安全、高效地运转,必需对循环冷却水进行水质稳定处理及管理。俗话说"三分药剂,七分管理"这是水处理行业中一条经验准则,现场管理的好坏,不仅影响到处理费用,而且对生产系统的正常运行起到重要的作用,因此,管理好水质监测工作及数据共享对水质处理工艺有很好的诊断及指导意义。 The purpose to use cooling water system is to etticlently save water resource, reuuce heat pollution, insure the plant running in a good condition. In the process, in order to prevent equipments from scaling, corrosion, to keep the system running in a safe and efficient condition, we must treat the cooling water with chemical stabilization process and site management. Like old saying "three tenths medication, seven tenths site management", this old saying is a rule based on experience in cooling water treatment field. The result of site management will not only effect the cost of water treatment, but also work on the plant's normal production significantly, therefore, a good management of the site monitoring work of cooling water quality and a good sharing of the data has diagnosing and indicating meaning on the process of water treatment.
